How to use this

This page serves as a reference work for the specific preparations used in the active attack phase (“Kill-phase”).

However, it is crucial to understand that these preparations rarely stand alone. They are designed to work in synergy with a broader strategy where the cancer cells are first weakened and then attacked.

Before diving into the list of medicine, it is recommended to read about the strategy and composition here:

Resume about bombs, fire extinguishers and timing

The three phases:

  • Treatment is typically divided into Starve (starvation), Kill (attack), and Repair (reconstruction) to maximize the effect without harming the body.

The 4-hour rule:

  • To avoid neutralizing cancer-killing medicine (bombs), at least 4 hours must pass after taking these before consuming strong antioxidants (fire extinguishers).

Fat is important:

  • Medicine such as Vermox and Vitamin D do not work without fat. With a “free diet,” it requires active attention to the fat content of the meal (e.g., eggs + nuts).

The liver’s defense:

  • A combination of TUDCA (drain cleaner), NAC (air defense), and Milk thistle (shield) protects the liver from heavy medication.

Military structure

Managing a metabolic cancer protocol with up to 20–30 different preparations daily requires something akin to a military structure. It is not enough just to swallow the pills. The order and timing are crucial for whether you actually hit the cancer or if the substances simply cancel each other out.

A comprehensive strategy

When choosing the metabolic approach to cancer treatment, you say yes to a comprehensive strategy. The list of substances is long and includes both repurposed drugs (recycled medicine) such as Metformin, Ivermectin, and Dipyridamole, as well as potent supplements like Curcumin and Berberine.

Timing and absorption

The challenge is not only obtaining them but consuming them correctly in relation to each other. Swallowing 30 capsules at once with a glass of water is rarely the optimal strategy.

To effectively block the cancer’s growth pathways, the substances must be delivered to the body at the times and under the conditions where they are best absorbed – and where they do not work against each other.

This guide reviews the chemistry, strategy, and practical logistics that ensure you get the full effect of your effort.

Why separation is necessary

Metabolic cancer treatment is built on two main principles: “Starve” (blocking the cancer cell’s access to fuel) and “Kill” (stressing and killing weakened cancer cells).

The challenge arises especially when a third, but necessary, group is introduced: “Repair” (restoration/antioxidants). We want to rebuild the body’s healthy cells, but antioxidants cannot distinguish between friend and foe. If they are present during the “Kill-phase,” they will neutralize the attack and make the medicine ineffective.

The solution is a strict separation of medicine and supplements into groups based on their function.

The 4 main groups

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved en notesblok og 4 bøtter med medicin.

To create an overview, you should divide your preparations into four categories. Each group has its own function and its own rules for timing.

Group 1: The bombs (kill)

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved en bombe der ligger i noget ild inde i en samling kræftceller.

This group is the strike force. The purpose is to kill or stress the cancer cell acutely. Many of these substances work by creating an “explosion” of free radicals (oxidative stress) inside the cell or by mechanically destroying the cell’s structure.

The rule

For the “Kill” effect to work, the substances require “clear path.” If they meet strong antioxidants in the blood, the fuses are extinguished before the bomb explodes. Typically taken during daytime (morning/lunch), where a break from antioxidants is maintained.

Important preparations

Medicinal bombs (kill):

  • Artemisinin: “The bomb” that reacts with iron.
    • Important: It is extremely fragile. Requires strict adherence to the 4-hour rule for antioxidants. Should often be “pulsed” (e.g., 4 days “on,” 3 days “off”) to prevent the liver from breaking it down too quickly. This is often studied in non-randomized Phase 1 trials.
  • Benzimidazoles (Mebendazole/Vermox): The “mechanical saboteur.” Destroys the cell’s skeleton and stops sugar transport.
    • Important: It is fat-soluble. Must always be taken with a fatty meal to enter the blood and work throughout the body (without fat, it only works in the gut).
  • Fenbendazole: Works like Mebendazole by destroying the cancer cell’s skeleton (microtubules).
    • Important: It is fat-soluble and absorbed very poorly without help. Must always be taken with a fatty meal to enter the blood and work against cancer.
  • Ivermectin: Antiparasitic agent now used as a “cancer stem cell killer.” it works by blocking specific signaling pathways (Wnt/beta-catenin og PAK1) that are crucial for cancer cell growth and resistance.
    • Tip: Absorption increases significantly (up to 2.5 times) if taken with a fatty meal.
  • Disulfiram (Antabuse): Creates powerful oxidative stress in the cancer cell via a reaction with copper.
    • Note: Requires monitoring of copper levels and must never be combined with alcohol.
  • Doxycycline: Antibiotic that paralyzes the mitochondria (the cell’s power plant), so the cancer cell loses its energy source. This happens as Doxycycline inhibits mitochondrial protein synthesis (30S ribosome). This creates an energy crisis in the cancer cell and prevents it from dividing.
    • Warning: Must never be consumed with dairy products, calcium, or magnesium, as it makes the medicine ineffective.
    • Timing: Optimally on an empty stomach, but may be taken with food (without dairy/calcium) to avoid stomach pain.
  • High-dose Vitamin C (IV): Given as an infusion directly into the blood.
    • Note: In these very high concentrations, Vitamin C acts pro-oxidatively (killing), which is the opposite of the tablet form.
    • Timing: On days with IV-C, oral antioxidants (Group 2) are typically avoided all day.

Cytotoxic herbs:

  • Dandelion root: Extract of the root that has shown the ability to induce cell death (apoptosis) in non-randomized preclinical studies.
    • Timing: Considered a “bomb.” Should be placed in the attack phase (morning/lunch) and kept separate from the evening’s “repair team” (antioxidants) for maximum effect.
  • Pau D’Arco: Inner bark from a South American tree. Contains Lapachol, which inhibits energy production.
    • Timing: Works by stressing cancer cells. Should, like the other herbs, be taken away from strong antioxidants (EGCG, Resveratrol) so the effect is not diluted.
  • Sort valnød (Juglone): Contains the substance Juglone, which is toxic to mitochondria and creates oxidative stress in the cell.
    • Timing: Should be kept separate from very strong antioxidants (especially EGCG and Resveratrol) to ensure the full effect of the toxin.

Group 2: The fire extinguishers

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved nogle celler der bliver oversprøjtet med brandslukningsmateriale fra rød brandslukker.

This group consists of antioxidants. Their function is to repair cell damage (fire extinguishers) and protect healthy cells. In a metabolic strategy, they are essential, but they counteract Group 1, which is why there must be distance between the intake of preparations from the two groups.

The rule

At least 4 hours should pass from the intake of oxidizing Kill-medicine (especially Artemisinin) to the intake of these substances. Most often placed in the evening or night (see chart at the bottom of the page). If a fire extinguisher is taken close to a bomb (Group 1), the attack is extinguished.

Preparations

Main antioxidants:

  • Glutathione (Liposomal): The body’s “master antioxidant.” Vital for detoxification and cell protection.
  • NAC (N-acetyl-cysteine): Precursor to glutathione. Protects liver and lungs from oxidative stress.
  • C-vitamin (oral): Strengthens the immune system and functions as an antioxidant in tablet form (unlike IV treatment).

Polyphenols:

  • EGCG (green tea): Powerful antioxidant and “zinc driver.” It inhibits the protein MDM2 (which otherwise breaks down p53) and helps zinc into the cell, strengthening the body’s ability to activate cell death. Also inhibits metastasis. [11]
  • Curcumin: Inhibits the “master switch” for inflammation (NF-\kappa B). Cancer cells use inflammation to grow and block p53. By turning off NF-\kappa B, inflammation is dampened while cell death (apoptosis) becomes possible again.
    • Important: Must always be taken with fat.
  • Quercetin: Acts anti-inflammatorially and functions as a “zinc carrier” (ionophore). By transporting zinc into the cell, it can help stabilize the p53 protein so it can better perform its function. [11]
  • Resveratrol: Activates repair genes (sirtuins) and protects DNA.
  • Apigenin: Dampens cell stress and supports NAD+ levels. Has a calming effect.

Cell protectors:

  • Alfa-lipoic acid (ALA): Unique antioxidant that can “recharge” used Vitamin C and E in the body.
  • Coenzyme Q10: Protects the heart and delivers necessary fuel to the mitochondria (the cell’s motor).
  • Selenium: Essential mineral crucial for immune defense and metabolism.
  • Sulforaphane: From broccoli extract. Activates the body’s own detoxification systems (NRF2).

Herbs:

  • Ginger: Dampens nausea and inflammation. Supports digestion.
  • Milk thistle (silymarin): The most important herb for liver protection and regeneration during medical treatment.

Group 3: Starvation (starve) and support

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved en tom tallerken, nogle forskellige pilleglas.

This is the foundation. The “Starvation army” – Starve medicine, blocks the cancer’s supply lines of sugar, fat, and glutamine.

The important thing about this umbrella group is that it is neutral in the oxidation war. You may take these substances together with “Kill” medicine; they often work synergistically (supplementing each other positively). Most should be taken with meals to block the nutrition from the food.

Preparations

Metabolic blockers (starve):

  • Metformin: Prescription diabetes medicine. Works by activating the cell’s “energy sensor” (AMPK), which directly turns off the growth signal mTOR. Also reduces the liver’s release of glucose into the blood.
  • Berberine: Natural alternative that works on the same pathways as Metformin. Especially targets cancer stem cells.
  • IP-6 & Inositol: Signal blocker and iron binder. Inhibits the growth pathway PI3K/Akt and increases the expression of p53 and p21 (slows the cell cycle), pressing the cell toward suicide, even with certain mutations. Also functions as an “iron magnet,” starving cancer cells of the iron they need to divide. [11]
  • Hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil): Blocks autophagy (the cell’s “recycling station”) and glutamine. When the cancer cell is starved, it tries to eat itself to survive – Plaquenil closes this emergency exit.
  • Statins: Cholesterol-lowering medicine. Blocks the mevalonate pathway. This not only prevents the formation of cholesterol but also destroys the structure of the cell membrane (“lipid rafts”) so the cancer cell’s signal receptors do not function.
  • Dipyridamole: Blood thinner. Blocks the “nucleoside salvage pathway” so the cancer cell cannot repair its DNA.
  • Celecoxib: Powerful COX-2 inhibitor. Dampens inflammation and inhibits the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) to the tumor.
  • DIM / I3C: Extracts from cabbage plants. Regulates estrogen metabolism and promotes the formation of “good” estrogen (the protective form that does not stimulate cell growth).
  • L-Lysine: Amino acid that inhibits the enzymes (MMP) that cancer cells use to dissolve surrounding tissue. Functions as a chemical “reinforcement” of the connective tissue, effectively hindering invasion and spread..
  • L-Proline: Works in synergy with Lysine. Where Lysine stops degradation, Proline is an essential building block to build and stabilize new collagen structure around the tumor, encapsulating it.
  • MSM: Organic sulfur. Works in synergy with Lysine, Proline, and Vitamin C to strengthen connective tissue so the cancer is “encapsulated.” Can also increase the absorption of other substances.

Medicinal mushrooms (support):

  • AHCC: Specialized mushroom extract that increases the activity of the immune system’s “killer cells” (NK cells).
  • Maitake: Contains D-fraction, which modulates the immune system and inhibits growth.
  • Turkey Tail: Known for its content of PSK/PSP. Supports the immune system during chemotherapy.
  • Reishi: “The immortal mushroom.” Has a calming effect, supports sleep, and strengthens the immune system.

Herbs (regulation):

  • Astragalus: Strengthens the immune system and protects telomeres (DNA ends).
  • Boswellia: Powerful anti-inflammatory herb (5-LOX inhibitor). Particularly known for being able to dampen brain edema.
  • Cat’s Claw: DNA repair and immune modulation.

Vitamins and fat (foundation):

  • Vitamin D: Essential for the immune system. Should be high in the blood during cancer.
  • Omega-3 (fishoil): Dampens general inflammation in the body and keeps cell membranes healthy.

Other medicine (stabilization):

  • Desloratadine: Antihistamine. Stabilizes the cell’s lysosomes so they do not leak and create growth.
  • Aspirin: Blood thinner. Prevents platelets from “hiding” cancer cells from the immune system. [6]
  • Propranolol: Beta-blocker. Lowers stress hormones (adrenaline/noradrenaline), which can otherwise promote cancer growth.

The night team (cycle):

  • Melatonin: Much more than a sleep hormone. It penetrates the cancer cell’s mitochondria and changes their metabolism (counteracts the Warburg effect). At high doses, it acts pro-oxidatively specifically inside the cancer cell, where it induces cell death.
  • Lav-dosis Naltrexone (LDN): Increases the production of endorphins and regulates the immune system (OGF axis).

Fasting (synergy):

  • It is also worth noting that intermittent fasting can strengthen the effect of the treatment [10]

Group 4: Binding agent (detox)

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved kulkapsler, grønne piller fra spirulina, nogle børster og noget brunt pulver.

A single substance stands out by being a physical filter:

Binder:

  • Modificeret citrus pectin (MCP): This binds the protein Galectin-3, which cancer cells use to clump together and spread (metastasize). It is thus your shield against spread. Additionally, it helps pull heavy metals out of the body.

WARNING: Because MCP functions like a “sponge,” it cannot distinguish between toxins and your vital medicine. Therefore, it must be consumed at a distance from everything else. It must NOT be taken with medicine, food, or supplements. Must be taken on an empty stomach – at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals and other medicine.

Timing schedule:

  • BEFORE intake: Wait 2 hours after the last meal/pill.
  • AFTER intake: Wait 1 hour before you eat/take pills again.

Absorption and diet

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved en gammeldags metalsnare, hvor der ligger et brunt pilleglas i fællen. Hvide piller omkring dette.

It is not irrelevant what you wash the pills down with. Some substances are fat-soluble, others are water-soluble. Mistakes here can make the medicine ineffective.

The Vermox trap

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved en pille der ligger i en boble af olie.

Mebendazole (Vermox) and Fenbendazole are absorbed extremely poorly in the gut. For the substance to enter the blood and reach the cancer cells, it must be dissolved in fat. [1]

  • On LCHF/keto: This happens automatically via the food.
  • On “free diet”: Here, the risk is high. A piece of bread with ham or a portion of fruit does not contain nearly enough fat.
  • Rule of thumb: You should have approx. 10–15 grams of pure fat with the pill.

The simple fat math – example:

  • 1 egg: Contains approx. 5 grams of fat (NOT ENOUGH alone).
  • The solution: Eat 2 eggs or combine 1 egg + 8–10 Cashew nuts/pecans. Then you have met the goal.

Blood sugar guardians

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved 3 pilleglas med hvide piller og guld kapsler der ligger spredt ud mellem hinanden.

If you do not eat strict keto/LCHF but eat “freely” (carbohydrates), the role changes for

  • Metformin and
  • Berberine

They both go from being “extra help” to being vital “goalkeepers.” You must never skip them with a carbohydrate-rich meal. They are your only barrier preventing the sugar from feeding the cancer directly.

Other fat-soluble items

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved en samling mandler

The following must also be taken with fat to work:

  • Curcumin
  • Coenzyme Q10
  • Vitamin D
  • Omega-3
  • Apigenin
  • Resveratrol

Empty stomach

The following work best without food:

  • IP6
  • Inositol
  • Doxycycline (but with plenty of water!)

The Trojan horse

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved en model af en træhels, der er hul i midten. Et pilleglas under den og halverede avocados ved siden af. Desuden en masse nødder.

In the Kill-phase (e.g., in the morning with Artemisinin), a small amount of carbohydrate can actually be an advantage. When blood sugar rises slightly, cancer cells open up to suck the sugar in. Artemisinin “hides” behind the iron and slips in through the open door.

Liver support

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved en lever-model, og nogle påvirkninger fra Tudca, Marietidsel og NAC

The hidden turbo effect

A special synergy arises when you mix medicine with potent natural substances.

Substances like Berberine and Curcumin have a side benefit. They temporarily slow down the liver enzymes (CYP3A4) that normally break down medicine quickly. In practice, this means that medicine like Vermox and statins (and other medicine one might take) stay in the blood longer and in higher concentrations than if they were taken alone.

This is a strategic advantage – a kind of “free boost” of the effect – but it strongly emphasizes why the liver support below is so crucial. Your liver works harder than you think when you take many preparations – especially:

  • Benzimidazoles
  • Disulfiram
  • Herbs

put the liver on overtime. It is therefore crucial to support it so you do not have to stop the treatment due to poor liver values.

The protection consists of three layers:

  1. TUDCA (the drain cleaner): Bile acid salt that acts as a form of drain cleaner by preventing the accumulation of toxic substances in the liver (cholestasis) and dampening stress inside liver cells. TUDCA keeps “the pipes open” so the waste can get out. This ensures that the liver can continue to break down medicine without taking damage. Indispensable with heavy medication.
  2. NAC (the air defense): Works inside the cells. NAC increases the production of Glutathione (air defense), which neutralizes toxins chemically.
  3. Milk thistle (the shield): Silymarin places a protective film around liver cells (like a shield) and prevents toxins from entering. Milk thistle is an antioxidant and belongs to Group 2 (evening/night).

Can the bombs be mixed

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved nogle blå tandhjul

Can these preparations chemically tolerate being in the body at the same time? [2]

Here is the review for all preparations in Group 1:

The chemical drugs

Vermox, Fenbendazole, Ivermectin, Niclosamide, Doxycycline:

  • Status: Safe combination. These five preparations do not interact negatively with each other. They work via different mechanisms and can be taken in the same treatment course without forming toxins or canceling each other out.
  • Note: See the point about Plaquenil below.

Plaquenil + Doxycycline:

  • Status: Be aware. Both substances can affect the heart rhythm (QT-interval). The combination is possible but requires attention to palpitations/discomfort, as the effect can be enhanced when given together.

Disulfiram + herbs such as

Dandelion, Pau D’Arco, Black walnut:

  • Status: Critical warning.
    • Disulfiram (Antabuse) does not interact with the herb itself, but many liquid herbal extracts are extracted with or preserved in alcohol.
    • If you take Disulfiram, you must never consume herbs in liquid form (tincture) unless they are guaranteed 100% alcohol-free. Even small amounts of alcohol will trigger violent illness. Capsules/tea are safe.

Artemisinin + Black walnut:

  • Status: Theoretical conflict.
    • Black Walnut contains tannins (antioxidants), which theoretically can dampen the oxidative effect (“the explosion”) that Artemisinin tries to create.
    • Solution: For safety’s sake, these should be staggered (e.g., Artemisinin morning, Black Walnut lunch) so they are not in the stomach at the same time.

Vitamin C (IV) + Tablet bombs:

  • Status: Must be separated. When you get Vitamin C directly into the blood (IV), a violent pro-oxidative reaction occurs.
    • Rule: Do not take your oral “bombs” (especially Artemisinin and Doxycycline) in the hours leading up to or during the actual infusion, as it can disturb the chemical process in the blood.
    • Take them separate from the treatment.

Herbs mutually (Dandelion + Pau D’Arco + Black walnut):

  • Status: Safe combination. These herbs can easily be taken together or combined with the chemical drugs (Vermox, etc.), as they do not block each other’s absorption.

Be aware of liver strain (the cocktail effect):

  • Most preparations in Group 1 (especially Artemisinin, Benzimidazoles, and Disulfiram) strain the liver.
  • Advice: Never start all preparations on the same day. Introduce one new agent at a time (e.g., every 3rd day) and have liver values measured by a doctor regularly.

Cycle and pulsing

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved en masse minuture, der ligger oven i hinanden.

Having the medicine (“the weapons”) is only the first step. The crucial part is the timing. One works based on the concept of a Protocol, which is the concrete battle plan where selected agents are put into a system for a period.

To achieve an effect without creating resistance (that the cancer becomes immune to the treatment) due to habituation, one must understand the balance between maintaining an attack and switching it.

The therapeutic window

When you start a protocol (an attack), it takes time before it works. A common mistake is to switch strategies too quickly (e.g., every 3rd day) out of impatience.

Biology requires time. It is recommended to maintain a specific protocol for at least 2 weeks [8] before rotating. This is due to the cancer cell’s survival mechanisms:

  1. Metabolic exhaustion: Cancer cells have internal stores of nutrition. When you block a supply path, the cell lives off its stores. It typically takes 7–14 days of constant pressure to empty these stores completely and force the cell to its knees [7].
If you switch before, you have only “starved” them temporarily.
  2. Mitochondrial turnover: To damage the cell’s power plants (mitochondria) permanently, the pressure must be maintained long enough for the cell to have replaced its healthy power plants with defective ones. This takes time [9].

The necessity of pulsing

While the attack must last long enough to kill (min. 2 weeks), it must not last forever. If you continue the same protocol for months, two problems arise:

  1. Resistance: Cancer cells are experts at adaptation. With constant pressure, they find a detour (metabolic pathway).
  2. Toxicity: The body and liver must have breaks to clean out.

Therefore, one uses Pulsing [3].

This means that after the therapeutic window (approx. 2–3 weeks), one either takes a break (Repair) or switches to a completely new protocol.

The paradox of aggressive cancer

Many fear that breaks will cause aggressive cancer to explode. Research shows the opposite [4, 5]. Aggressive cancer mutates rapidly and quickly becomes resistant to constant treatment. By “pulsing” (switching strategies regularly), you trick the cancer so it never manages to set its defense.

Summary of the strategy:

  • Maintain the protocol for approx. 2 weeks to ensure maximum effect (emptying stores).
  • Then switch/pulse to avoid resistance and spare/regenerate the liver.

Practical logistics

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved en tavle hvor der står Kend din kemi, og derfra de 4 bægre med piller til de 4 typer.

To succeed, energy consumption must be moved from the daily decision-making process to a fixed habit.

Managing 30–40 substances requires systemization.

The 4 times

  • Morning:
    • Fasting
    • Kill-medicine:
      • Artemisinin (preferably + a little fruit)
      • Ivermectin
      • Doxycycline
  • Meals (Lunch/Evening):
    • Fat-soluble:
      • Benzimidazoles
      • Curcumin
      • Vitamin D
    • Blockers:
      • Metformin
      • Statins
      • Dipyridamole.
  • Night:
    • Repair
      • NAC
      • Melatonin
      • LDN
      • Probiotics

The big weekly dosage

Invest in large dosing boxes (morning/noon/evening/night). Standard small boxes are too small for fish oil and curcumin. Set aside time once a week (e.g., Sunday) to fill them.

See also Medication logistics.

Buffer stock

Never run out. It creates unnecessary stress. Always have at least 14 days’ consumption in “buffer.” When you open the last container, order new immediately.

Storage

Ensure that the weekly boxes are kept in a dark place. Especially Curcumin and certain vitamins are degraded by light. Fish oil (liquid) and probiotics must be refrigerated.

Warning

Start slowly. If you have the whole list from day one, do not start with all 25 preparations at once. The stomach must have a chance to keep up. Introduce the substances gradually over a few weeks.

Conclusion

Bomber, brandslukkere og timing symboliseret ved et ur, nogle piller i et skjold, en tallerken med avocados, en gaffel.

Implementing a metabolic strategy is not just about taking pills; it is about laying a battle plan. It can seem overwhelming at first when the kitchen table is overflowing with containers and the alarm system on the phone needs to be set. But remember that every single logistical detail serves a purpose.

When you separate bombs from fire extinguishers and remember the fat for your Vermox, you go from being a passive patient who “consumes medicine” to being an active strategist conducting war against the disease. Logistics are not just practical – they are the very prerequisite for the treatment working optimally.

The goal of this system is to make the disease difficult for the cancer cells, but daily life easier for you. Once the routine is second nature and the weekly boxes are packed, the disease takes up less space in your consciousness. You know that you are doing the optimal, and that releases mental energy for the most important thing – living life.

  • Content: This is a non-randomized Phase 1 clinical trial specifically investigating the effect of food on the bioavailability of mebendazole, confirming the importance of dietary composition for absorption.
  • Content: Digital tool for checking potential interactions between medicine and supplements to ensure correct composition of the protocol.
  • Content: A non-randomized preclinical study that directly compares “Maximum Tolerated Dose” (constant pressure) with adaptive therapy (pulsing). The conclusion is clear: by maintaining a competition between cancer cells via breaks, one prevents resistant cells from taking over the tumor, which extends survival markedly compared to constant treatment.
  • Content: A non-randomized clinical study showing that “adaptive therapy” (where one adjusts the dose and takes breaks) significantly extends survival in aggressive cancer compared to a constant high dose.
  • Content: A non-randomized mathematical analysis of tumor growth concluding that pulsed treatment (high doses followed by breaks) delays relapse more effectively than continuous treatment, especially in heterogeneous tumors.
  • Content: A non-randomized systematic review examining the mechanisms behind Aspirin’s cancer-inhibiting effect, including the ability to prevent platelets from forming protective “cloaks” around cancer cells.
  • Content: A non-randomized scientific article regarding Thomas Seyfried’s metabolic strategy. It describes the necessity of combining chronic metabolic stress (“Press”) with acute, short attacks (“Pulse”) to effectively hit cancer cells’ energy supply.
  • Content: This non-randomized preclinical study explains the mechanism behind why constant treatment fails: cancer cells perform “metabolomic rewiring” when pressed constantly. This emphasizes the necessity of maintaining pressure long enough but switching strategies (pulse) to prevent lasting adaptation.
  • Content: A non-randomized systematic review explaining “mitochondrial turnover” and dynamics. It documents that cancer cells depend on constantly renewing their mitochondria to survive stress.
  • Content: A non-randomized systematic review. It confirms the safety of pulsing nutrient supply and shows a clear reduction in growth factors (IGF-1 and insulin) during periodic breaks in “supply.”
  • Content: A non-randomized preclinical study demonstrating the mechanism behind “metallochaperones.” The study shows that by delivering zinc to the mutated p53 protein, one can restore its correct form and function.
