Here, it is regarded as a metabolic blockade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where chemotherapy and radiation attempt to kill the cancer cell directly by damaging its DNA, Plaquenil works by sabotaging the cell&#8217;s internal logistics and &#8220;digestion.&#8221; It is a cornerstone in several self-treatment protocols (such as those described in parts of the <a href=\"https:\/\/jegharkraeft.dk\/en\/flccc-cancer-protocol\/\">FLCCC<\/a>) because it attacks two fundamental survival mechanisms that aggressive cancer cells are deeply dependent on to resist treatment: autophagy and macropinocytosis (the cell&#8217;s intake of nutrients).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Intake\"><\/span>Intake<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Should be taken with a meal or a glass of milk\/fatty drink. Cancer cells have an extremely high metabolism. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They produce large amounts of waste and damaged proteins, especially when pressured by chemotherapy or radiation. To survive this\u2014and to survive in areas of the tumor with low oxygen supply\u2014they use a process called autophagy (&#8220;self-eating&#8221;). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They break down their own waste in the cell&#8217;s lysosomes (the cell&#8217;s digestive system, which requires an acidic environment) and recycle it as new energy. It is their ultimate survival kit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Plaquenil&#8217;s effect <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plaquenil is alkaline and penetrates these lysosomes, where it neutralizes the acid. Without an acidic environment, the enzymes that break down the waste do not function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Consequence:<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The cancer cell&#8217;s &#8220;trash can&#8221; is not emptied. Waste accumulates, and the cell cannot regain energy for repair. It slowly &#8220;suffocates&#8221; from within in toxic waste and loses the ability to repair the damage inflicted by other treatments. They do this via a process called macropinocytosis (&#8220;cell-drinking&#8221;), where they swallow large chunks of surrounding tissue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plaquenil blocks this process effectively. Once the cell has &#8220;swallowed&#8221; the proteins, they must be digested in the lysosomes to become usable amino acids. Because Plaquenil has destroyed the acidity in the lysosomes, the cell cannot digest the food. It effectively starves to death, even though it is full of nutrients.
